· How Much Do You Charge?
o Each gig is discussed on a case by case basis depending on how much equipment is needed, how long, what type of event, and where. Usually the standard charge anywhere from $75 - $200 per hour. Feel free to contact any of our Professional DJs through email in the “Booking Info” section and we'll be more than happy to quote you with a price within 24hrs.
· Do I have to pay a deposit? If so, how much?
o We usually require half of the total charge as a deposit 2weeks before the event. The remainder of the balance is due before the event starts.
· Do you use contracts?
o Yes! We use legally binding contracts so that everything works smoothly for both parties.
· Do you have a backup plan?
o Yes! In our contracts, we guarantee one of our own backup DJs of equal or greater quality in the event that your scheduled DJ is not able to make it.
o We also provide backup equipment in the event that any electronics should fail. (It is rare for equipment to fail, but it’s better to be safe than sorry).
· What types of music do you have? Is it updated?
o Each of our DJs have mastered DJing almost every genre (Hip Hop, Pop, R&B, Alternative, Rap, Soul, Blues, Light Rock, Jazz, etc.) We pull songs from a library of around 50,000 titles. Most of our setups are all digital where songs are pulled into our turntables via Laptops. This prevents cd skips and allows us to pull up songs instantly. We do not illegally download music! We are direct affiliates to almost every major record label; which offer us the latest music 2-4 weeks before it hits the radio.
· When should I book my event?
o You should book your event well in advance (2weeks – months). This guarantees DJ availability. Contact one of our professionals on the "Contact Us" page for booking.
· Do I need to provide anything to the DJ?
o Yes! 1-2 Six Foot Tables and of course Electricity. We will provide everything else.
